Terms

These terms cover the testing of RD Store IQ, the AI partner of the store associate, on WhatsApp.

Who may use it

Registered store associates and opted-in test customers only. Access can be removed at any time.

What it is for

RD Store IQ gives the associate product facts and suggestions. The associate decides what to say and do. It does not act for a customer, and it sends nothing to a customer without the associate's own approval.

Accuracy

Answers come from the product data available during testing. They can be incomplete or out of date, and are not a binding offer, quote or price. Confirm anything that matters with the store.

Acceptable use

Use it only for store work. Do not send other people's personal data, unlawful content or anything unrelated to the store.

Testing status

This is a test service. It may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn without notice, and it is provided as it is.

Data

What is processed and how long it is kept is described in the Privacy page.
