RD Store IQ is the AI partner of the store associate, on WhatsApp. It is in testing. This page says what it processes and why.

What is processed

Business messages sent on WhatsApp by registered store associates, and by opted-in test customers: the text, voice notes and photos they send, their WhatsApp number, and the replies RD Store IQ produces.

Test-only status

RD Store IQ is not open to the public. It runs only with registered store associates and test customers who have agreed to take part. A message from any other number is not answered.

Why it is processed

To answer the associate's question from product facts, to improve the answers during testing, and to keep a record of what was sent and why.

Retention

Messages and the records of them are kept only as long as testing needs them, and are then deleted. A participant can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

No sale of data

Data is not sold and is not used for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers that run RD Store IQ and the official WhatsApp Business Platform that carries the messages, and only to provide the service.

Your choices

A participant can stop at any time by telling the store team, and can ask what is held about them or ask for it to be deleted.
